Changes to Tier 4 visa rules announced |

The required English language level for most visa students was temporarily dropped to A1 on the CEFR after a British court ruled that the Government had not followed the law in its previous changes to the visa rules. Now the Government has announced that most students will once again have to be at B1 level in order to get a General Student Visa. more
