How do we join the scheme?
Prospective partner agencies will have to complete the following process:
1. Complete a detailed business profile form
Prospective partner agencies will be asked to complete and submit a detailed business profile form and sign the agency Code of Conduct.

2. Submit satisfactory references
You will be required to nominate 5 English UK member centres to which you send students and who are willing to act as your referees.
Send the reference request form provided by English UK to your nominated referees, requesting that they return this directly to our London office.

3. Make sure everyone does the required reading
All employees of prospective partner agencies are strongly encouraged to take the time to read the general information for agents, which is available on the English UK website click here for details.
4. Attend an English UK organised event
Prospective partner agencies must have attended, or committed to attend, an English UK organised event within 2 years of their application. English UK organised events include StudyWorld London, English UK Fairs, inward missions or workshops.
5. Complete the online briefing course
Prospective partner agencies must complete the online English UK Partner Agency briefing course. The briefing course explains the benefits and responsibilities of becoming a partner agency and provides useful background information about studying in the UK, English UK, accreditation, and the UK visa system.
6. Become a Partner Agency
Once you have successfully completed all of the above steps, and have paid the subscription fee, which covers affiliation with the scheme for 2 years, you will have achieved partner agency status. You will receive a certificate, the English UK partner agency logo file and access to special marketing collateral, and your agency will be profiled on the English UK website.
Further information: Partner agency status is valid for 2 years. Renewal is a simpler process; you will need to submit a renewal profile form, provide two up-to-date references from English UK member centres and pay the subscription fee.
The subscription fee is currently set at GBP 195.00 per agency for 2 years.
