English UK trades through two companies: English UK Limited (the charity) and English UK Enterprises (the commercial arm).

As members and customers of English UK, you will receive invoices from either or both of these companies depending on which goods or services you are buying. For example, English UK Limited will invoice you for subscriptions and anything to do with the running of the organisation, but English UK Enterprises will invoice you for StudyWorld, training courses and similar activities.

These companies have totally separate bank accounts. Please ensure that your accounts department is aware of this difference and that they have the two companies separately identified on their supplier database. The prompt at the bottom of each invoice you receive will advise of the correct account information. This will include the name of the payee account (either English UK Limited or English UK Enterprises), and the respective sort code and account number for each company.
