Business English UK is a group of leading English language centres specialising in English for business and professional purposes. As a special interest group within English UK, the group seeks to work together to promote the best of English language training for business and professional people worldwide.
Their aims and objectives are:
- To be the voice for the business and professional English language training industry
- To market business English and other professional English courses to key target groups (e.g. companies, government agencies) that are not normally covered by English UK in its promotional activities
- To provide a 'one stop shop' for clients
- To improve and maintain quality standards across the industry
- To provide professional support to members
Business English UK is the longest established and the most active special interest group within English UK. The group has benefited from direct government funding and support in recent years and has grown from strength to strength.
