CELT – Centre for English Language Teaching was founded in 1989 and is based in Cardiff, S.Wales (UK).

We have been accredited by The British Council since 1993 and are proud to be the first language institution in Wales invited to join ‘Quality English’, an association which chooses the best independent language schools in English-speaking countries.
