We are now taking bookings for the popular English UK Welfare Officers’ Course (WOCC) which runs from November to April. The WOCC is a must for all experienced and inexperienced Welfare Officers and is the only qualification of its kind designed specifically to serve the needs of welfare officers practicing in the ELT sector.

This practical course is heavily personalized for the needs of all types of ELT providers. The six month course combines monthly face to face sessions, ongoing coursework and a tutorial visit to your centre. Topics covered include but are not limited to: accommodation, student advice services, cultural awareness, customer service and the care of juniors. The course tutors, Dr. Diane Phillips and Ulla Holmer have extensive experience in ELT with experience of welfare matters.
