3. Managing Junior Summer Programmes
Friday, 27th October
Summer may have just passed but get a head start for next year with this session by Nigel Heritage. Designed for those responsible for providing residential and non-residential junior summer programmes, this session will focus on best practice in the preparation and management of junior programmes and stimulate thought on ways to overcome some common problems.
4. Welfare Officers’ Certificate Course (WOCC)
This long-running and popular course has been specifically designed for both experienced and inexperienced Welfare Officers and is the only ELT course of its kind. You will attend seven practical face-to-face sessions that include organising accommodation, advising students and families, care of juniors, cultural awareness and customer service and will also receive a personalized tutorial visit to your place of work.
