Would you like to be an English UK Trainer?

English UK is always seeking fresh and innovative ideas for continuous professional development sessions to offer its 360 strong ELT membership. We would be very happy to hear from you if you have a request for a particular kind of training that is not currently offered, a particular theme you would like to see covered by one of our conferences or you would like to offer to run a training day or a workshop at one of next year’s national conferences. Please refer to www.englishuk.com/training to view this year’s programme. If you would like to be involved please send Mark Rendell an email at mark@englishuk.com to express your interest and request an application form. The deadline for applications is 1st July 2007.

ENGLISH UK TEACHERS’ CONFERENCE Prospero House, London 2007

English UK is now accepting proposals for workshops and presentations for the annual Teachers’ Conference which takes place in London on Saturday, 17th November 2007. 

Application Deadline: Monday, 16th July 2007

Please include a 150-200 word outline about your interactive workshop, your contact details and biographical information (max. 100 words) in the body of an email entitled: Teachers Conference and send it to training@englishuk.com

Proposals will be evaluated by the organizers of the conference and presenters will be informed if they have been successful by Monday, 30th July 2007. Please note that presenters will benefit from free attendance at the conference and any travel expenses will be covered.
