English UK offers the following qualifications:

Diploma in ELT Management

This modular course is specifically designed for UK-based ELT providers and gives a comprehensive overview of all of the major aspects of management within an ELT organisation. The course is comprised of 10 intensive one-day sessions held over 10 months from September to June. Modules are led by George Pickering and Francis Hallam and cover areas such as human resource management, finance and marketing, quality and customer care, and academic and specialist course management.

Assessment is through coursework assignments which are designed to be practical in nature and directly relevant to the participant's own organisation. Training sessions are combined with self-study to ensure flexibility for the busy ELT professional.

”The delivery of the course was very effective,
a direct result of the skills and knowledge of the two trainers“
(Rupert Johnstone, ELS Language Centres)
