English UK membership update

Since the last issue of the Partner Agency Newsletter, one centre became member of the association:

Manchester International College and Cicero Languages International ceased trading and Apex College' accreditation was withdrawn. As a centre must be accredited through the Accreditation UK scheme to be a member of English UK, their membership also ceased with immediate effect.

Kaplan International Colleges have rebranded to Kaplan International English and have dropped 'Colleges' from each individual college name (i.e. Kaplan International Bath).

Europa School of English changed premises and moved to a new address in Bournemouth.

To see their contact details or to find out more about any of our language centre members, please refer to the members' directory or use the course finder tool - which is available in 11 languages.

English UK also has a category of membership for service providers - corporate membership. Our corporate members undertake activities which may be of particular interest to those involved in the English language teaching sector.

Our newest Corporate member are

  • Currency UK, one of the UK's leading foreign exchange and payments providers.
  • Work Placements UK Ltd, which specialises in organising unpaid work placement programmes for European students in the UK.

Please note that UCLan Examination Board is no longer a corporate member of English UK.

For further information on our 43 corporate members and an overview of the activities they undertake, please view the Corporate Member Directory.
