Ambreen Masud, Membership Services Officer

Ambreen handles both member and customer service enquiries. She supports the Membership Manager with member administration, recruitment and service delivery, and processes new members and corporate members.

Before joining English UK, Ambreen worked with the Joseph Rowntree Housing Trust in York as a sustainability officer and researching housing solutions for migrants. She has an MSc in Environmental Change and International Development from the University of Sheffield. Now she is enjoying exploring London, especially the versatile eateries the city has to offer!
