Website profile translation service - deadline Friday 28 February

As you would have seen, English UK's course finder is available on our website in 12 different languages - Arabic, Chinese, English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish and Turkish.

All information contained in the marketing section of your centre's online profile, excluding your centre description, automatically appears in the translated versions of the course finder.

Your unique centre description currently appears in English for all languages by default, however it is possible to add foreign translations of this as well, in the same way that you would make other changes to your profile. To edit your online profile and to also complete your annual declaration before the deadline of Friday 28 February, go to the manage my profile section in the members' area of the website and enter your username and password.

To encourage as many members as possible to add foreign-language centre descriptions to their profiles, and thereby enhance the site for visitors, English UK has negotiated special discounted translation rates with Cicero Translations.

The following packages are based on 350 words (or a maximum of 2275 characters). You can order your preferred package by completing the application form and clicking on the 'submit' button at the bottom to email it to English UK.

Submission deadline

In order to group centre descriptions together into a bulk order and keep costs as low as possible, there will be one submission deadline for all member centres: Friday 28 February 2014.

This is the final date by which you should have completed and submitted the application form.

We will export your English text for translation directly from your online profile - from Section 4, Marketing Information. The export will be done on Monday 3 March 2014.

Changes to your profile can be made throughout the year, however changes made to the English text after the export date will not be reflected in your translations, unless in exceptional circumstances when additional charges will apply.
