Growing markets in the Asia Pacific region

Asia was one of few regions in which the UK English language teaching(ELT) sector saw increased student numbers in 2015 (+2.7%). Yet, while globally ELT students from Asia account for 28%, they represent only 19% of student weeks in the UK.

This world region therefore offers an opportunity for UK ELT recruitment and building new business relationships with educational tour operators.

ICEF Monitor has recently highlighted Vietnam's potential in particular for growth in study travel, with a youthful population, growing economy and HE capacity driving demand.

Regional business-to-business fair in Vietnam

The Asia Pacific region includes five of the top 20 sending countries to the UK ELT sector: South Korea, Japan, China, Thailand and Taiwan and significant growth in the size of the region's middle class is expected during the next 15 years.

If you want to get your message across to top agents from the Asia Pacific, join us on Tuesday 22 – Friday 25 November at our regional agent workshop in Danang, Vietnam: which is itself a growing hub for international education.

Small, friendly but busy with both formal appointments through Marcom eSchedule PRO and social networking events, the unique format of our fairs makes them the world's most effective ELT business to business work

There is plenty of potential to build good working relationships with representatives from across the region. Educational travel agents from six countries hav already booked.

Read testimonials from previous fairs to see why attending may be good for your business.
