Delivering great customer service

Staff in ELT centres face numerous customer service challenges in the workplace. Being able to deliver great customer service will improve your centre's reviews and rebookings, and even the enjoyment of work. Join this session to get a good grounding in customer service, and plenty of ideas to help you deliver great customer service, every time. This session is suitable for anyone dealing directly with customers in an ELT centre.

This practical workshop will cover

  • Enhancing the steps in the customer journey from pre-course to post-course contact
  • Setting and meeting customer service standards
  • Managing customer complaints effectively

Key information

This online training event is a half day session running from 14:00 to 17:30 on Zoom. Participants will receive a digital certificate from the trainer at the end of the session.

About the trainer

George Pickering is an educational coach, trainer and consultant. He is the academic director of the English UK Diploma in English Language Teaching Management (DELTM) and a tutor on the International Diploma in Language Teaching Management (IDLTM). George is a senior inspector of language schools for the British Council (Accreditation UK) and was a director of IATEFL for 12 years.
