A small, welcoming, friendly school with 'family atmosphere' for students over 18 years. General and individual courses since 1978 including CAE, FCE and IELTS. 8 classrooms in a traditional building with modern facilities. Main teachers have been here for average of 18 years. Free broadband internet and wi-fi, lovely gardens, in a quiet residential part of Exeter near to the university.
Maximum 60 students, average 40. Usually 10-14 nationalities at one time.
All excursions are free of charge.
3 levels of host family, most within easy walk of school, all providing 3 meals per day, 7 days per week.
Our unique Multi-level syllabus allows students to be at different levels for different skills, and to move to higher classes in certain skills if they develop more quickly in particular skills, maximising development.
