We offer a Junior Summer School in July and now offer many more exciting activities and excursions; based in the City of Bath with a wide range of activities, excursions and trips in the surrounding area and further afield, including Bristol, Oxford and London. Bath Academy also welcomes group Mini Stay visits throughout the year for students from across the globe to the Beautiful UNESCO World Heritage City of Bath. The City of Bath is beautiful, friendly & safe. We are situated in the heart of Bath, one of the most beautiful cities in Europe. Famous for its history & architecture as well as its excellent universities, it is the perfect place to study. Mini Stay Programme Looking for a fun and educational trip to the UK? Our Mini Stay Programme is perfect for school groups of students aged 14 to 18. We can welcome up to 120 students at a time and create a schedule that suits your group. Whether you’re here to explore British culture, visit new places, or brush up on your English – we’ve got you covered! Dates & Availability Our programme runs from mid-August to the end of June, arrival generally being on Sunday. Most groups stay for 6 or 7 nights, but each school is free to request the number of nights that they prefer. What’s Included: English Lessons – 15 hours/week Lessons run from Monday to Friday, generally in the mornings, and are designed to be fun, practical, and interactive. Perfect for improving confidence and communication. Let us know if you would prefer more lessons. Course Materials All learning materials are included – no need to bring anything extra. Accommodation – Full-board Homestay Students stay with one of our friendly, carefully-selected host families. It’s a great way to experience British culture first hand. We also offer a University Foundation Programme and A level/GCSE courses which prepare students for University studies. For students who do not meet the required level of English, we are able to offer an Extended Programme which includes Academic English at the start of the course.
