DIL-MES STUDY ABROAD AGENCY WAS FOUNDED BY SUNAY TUNCA IN BALIKESIR /TURKEY IN 2003. DIL-MES IS A PARTNER AGENCY OF "ICEF" AND "IALC" ORGANISATIONS AND ALSO A MEMBER OF BOTH ASSOCIATIONS IN TURKEY, CALLED "YEDAB" AND "UED". IT HAS THREE SERVICE DEPARTMENTS ; the one is "Study Abroad Consultancy" , the other one is "Visa Consultancy" for everybody and all kinds of visa processes to all countries, and the third one is " the Translation Office" for formal documents, accrediated by the Regional Notary Offices in the area. Dil-Mes attends all kinds of educational fairs, workshops, fam trips, inward missions conferences and events, organised by the educational associations such as English UK, British Council, ST Alphe, Study World, ICEF, IALC and MEI, etc. every year.
