There was some speculation over the weekend that Italy and France had put out travel advisories to the UK, but this has proved to be unfounded. Russia received some enquiries from the trade regarding safety to travel on Friday as well.

A TIER (Tourism Emergency Response Group) meeting has also been convened for Friday 24th July and members are encouraged to provide feedback on any cancellations directly due to swine flu fears, by Friday morning, to Tony Millns at tony@englishuk.com.
