English UK statement on the suspension EC English student arrivals
English UK is aware that EC English has suspended new student arrivals globally for the weekend of 12-13 September 2026.
EC English operates four UK schools in London, Cambridge, Brighton and Manchester. We recognise that this news will be concerning for students, staff and partner agencies connected with those centres, and will be cause for concern for the wider English UK community.
We are in contact with EC English's management team and are closely monitoring the situation. We will provide further information as it becomes available.
