News from British Council - ELTons live-streaming

The ELTons, sponsored by Cambridge ESOL, are the only international awards that recognise and celebrate innovation in the field of English language teaching (ELT).

If you would like to view the event online via live-streaming, then please visit www.englishagenda.britishcouncil.org on Wednesday 23 May.

The British Council will be live-streaming the 'red carpet' interviews from 18.15 to 18.45 as people arrive. The ceremony will then be streamed live from 19.00 to 20.00.

If you are planning to live-stream the ceremony, please read the following message from Media on Demand who are overseeing the live-streaming and have set up a practice link:

The stream is being broadcast at around 600Kb/s, it is advisable to check your internet speed at http://www.speedtest.net (click 'Begin Test' and check that your download speed has at least 0.6Mbps). Please test the link before 16.00 (GMT) on Friday 18 May.
