Alice Marcolin manages key areas of English UK's membership services, including member support, member recruitment and the development of member benefits. Working closely with colleagues across the membership and finance teams, she helps ensure members receive high-quality support throughout their membership journey. 

Alice also oversees membership subscriptions and coordinates the annual student data collection, providing valuable insights into the UK ELT sector and supporting English UK's research and advocacy work. 

With more than 13 years' experience in English language teaching, Alice is well known to members across the network. Before joining English UK, she worked as Accommodation and Welfare Manager at Kaplan International Colleges. She first came to the UK as an English language student, giving her first-hand insight into the international student experience. 

Alice holds a degree in Languages, Linguistics, English, French and Philology, as well as an MA in American and European Postcolonial Languages and Literature from Università Ca' Foscari Venezia. Originally from Venice, she speaks English, Italian and French.
