English UK subgroups

English UK special interest, national and regional subgroups

English UK has several subgroups representing regional areas of the UK or teaching specialisms.

Subgroups are about mutual support. They help our members work together, support each other and promote their region, nation or teaching specialisms.

EUK logo NI RGB

English UK Northern Ireland members work together to organise Fam trips and work closely with tourism and inward investment organisations.

Why study in Northern Ireland? Founder member Paul McMullan says: "There are lots of reasons: Northern Ireland is still fairly inexpensive compared to the rest of the UK and Southern Ireland, and it's unique in the world that it's an English-speaking location not already saturated with international students."

EUK logo Wales RGB

English UK Wales represents seven Welsh members offering a variety of adult and junior courses in Cardiff and Swansea. The group works to encourage students, agents, and partners to discover Wales. Look out for Fam trips and inward missions.

English UK Wales aims to raise the profile of educational tourism and the EFL industry at a local and national government level.
