An update from English UK member ISIS Education
4 November 2014

The following message is from English UK member centre, Oxford International Education Group, formerly known as ISIS Education.

ISIS Education is a leading education group, which provides a broad range of educational programmes, including English language, sixth form and undergraduate courses, across the UK and North America. Founded in 1991 by owner-directors David Brown and Robert Darell, the Group has grown strongly in recent years through investing in new product ranges and leading education facilities.

This growth has seen ISIS develop a number of complementary brands, each well recognised in its own right – Bucksmore, Homelingua, Oxford Tutorial College and Pathways being 4 examples.

We consequently feel that now is the right time to bring in a new 'umbrella' brand, which will act to unify all our divisions under one strong name.

This new name – Oxford International Education Group ('Oxford International') is being introduced at the Berlin this month and maintains our strong links to the city of Oxford, from where the name ISIS was originally taken, and where we now have our largest operational 'hub', looking after our A-Level College, Foundation programmes and English language school courses.

The well-known ISIS brand will in future be used as the name for our main English Language Division, ISIS Schools and ISIS Junior.

We are very enthusiastic about the continued opportunities that are present in our industry, and equally excited by our growing team of strong, high calibre staff, who will, we are sure, help us achieve our ambitious and exciting Plans.
