How to be British: fun, short video
13 January 2016

A new short film starring famous English actor, writer and presenter Stephen Fry, explains British culture to visitors arriving at London Heathrow airport.

Stephen Fry, who is often called a national treasure (a person who is very popular and culturally important), talks about very British concerns such as the weather, agreeing with strangers and cheering if somebody drops something.

Heathrow airport also asked 1,000 visitors what they love about Britain. The top five were:
  • Traditional pubs
  • Sense of humour
  • Double decker buses
  • Countryside
  • History
