Ruth supports English UK's operations, projects and events, helping to coordinate activities, manage data processes and keep internal systems running smoothly. 

She works closely with colleagues across the organisation to deliver training sessions and external events, liaises with suppliers and helps ensure operational processes are efficient and well organised. 

Before joining English UK in 2025, Ruth built a career in media and communications, specialising in commercial finance and planning. She later qualified in business accounting and digital marketing before becoming a CELTA-qualified English language teacher. Having taught at English language centres in London, she brings both operational expertise and first-hand experience of the ELT sector.
