Improve your time and stress management

Before you can manage others effectively, you must first learn how to manage yourself. And this is a matter of developing appropriate time and stress management strategies and habits to manage your time more effectively and reduce your stress levels.

This training is designed for UK ELT professionals. Any language teaching manager who wants to improve their time and stress management skills would benefit from the course.

Key information

This training event is a full day workshop running from 10:30 to 17:00. Tea, coffee and lunch are provided. Participants will receive a certificate from the trainer at the end of the session.

About the trainer: George Pickering

George Pickering

George Pickering is an educational coach, trainer and consultant. He is the academic director of the English UK Diploma in English Language Teaching Management and a tutor on the International Diploma in Language Teaching Management.

George is a senior inspector (Accreditation UK) and an ex-trustee of IATEFL.
