The São Paulo Fair - last few places remaining
1 July 2009

Tuesday 20 - Friday 23 October 2009
Sofitel Jequitimar Guarujá

The São Paulo Fair will bring together accredited UK English language centres and study abroad agents in the beautiful coastal resort of Guarujá, located only 90 km from São Paulo's international airport and set on a beach surrounded by Atlantic Forest. Participation is limited to just 70 organisations (30 educators and 40 agencies) and is open to English UK member centres and selected top quality agents from the Americas.

Guarujá, close to São Paulo in Brazil, was chosen as a venue for this Fair, as it is an accessible and desirable destination for both language travel agents from countries around the region and UK educators. The Sofitel Jequitimar - a luxurious 5 star resort and spa on lovely Pernambuco Beach - can be easily reached from downtown São Paulo (we can assist with booking a transfer if necessary).

Agents from Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Chile and Panama have already registered for the Fair. We are working with colleagues at UK Trade & Investment and the British Council to invite more agents from these countries and also from Ecuador, Mexico, Peru and Venezuela.

Participation costs GBP 1,795 (full rate). The package includes accommodation for 3 nights at the Sofitel Jequitimar Guarujá, Welcome Reception, workshop sessions and eSchedule Lite account, seminar programme, lunch on Wednesday and Thursday and Farewell Dinner.

If you would like to register to attend, please complete and return the application form (which you can download here) as soon as possible (this is an electronic form and can be completed online and sent by pressing the ‘submit’ button located at the bottom of page 3). The remaining few places available at the Fair will be allocated on a first come first served basis, so we encourage you to book as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
