Hothouse Media's weekly webzine "Your World on Monday" featured English UK's high court judicial review this week. The webzine for Monday 12 July can be accessed here.

Both the news section and editor's letter mentioned the favourable outcome of the judicial review. The editor's letter stated:

"It’s good news for language schools in the UK this week as English UK have been told that they have won their case against the UK Home Office for changing the student visa rules regarding minimum English requirements without following the proper channels. Many language schools in the UK will be relieved to hear this result and some with outstanding court cases against UKBA have already been contacted by the agency to come to an arrangement before their case is heard. This may well open the flood gates for more language schools who feel that their business has been adversely affected by the new rules to bring cases against the government agency and it will be interesting to see what the outcome of this decision will be in the near future. Well done to Tony Millns at English UK who has worked tirelessly for English UK members to bring about a favourable outcome in this case."
