Latest updates for the English UK Teachers' Conference on 10 November
6 November 2012

This Saturday is the English UK Teachers' Conference, supported by Cambridge ESOL. If you haven't booked your place, there is still some left. You can book online at www.englishuktraining.com. The cost is £90 + VAT per delegate, which includes lunch, refreshments and drinks.
Delegates will be able to socialise and relax after the close of the final session thanks to a British Council sponsored drinks reception for all the delegates, to mark the end of a big day of Professional Development.
There have been some alterations to the programme. After the final plenary, delegates will get a chance to 'ask the experts' in a Question and Answer session with both Jeremy Harmer and Chia Suan Chong.
Mike McCarthy's session on forming a grammar of response in listening exercises was scheduled for the third session. It is now in the second session.
Jane Allemano, from Cambridge ESOL, is speaking about common student errors in the Cambridge English: First Use of English paper in the first set of elective sessions. Choices for elective sessions can be made and changed online. If you did not receive, or have lost your unique code for this, please contact training@englishuk.com.
To view the full programme, visit the 'training section' of the English UK website.
