English UK is regularly consulted by UKVI via the Education Sector Forum on changes to the immigration rules for students, and is able to raise concerns relating to visa refusals and issues such as delays in processing with UKVI officials.
Please get in touch with Naadiya if your students have had their visa applications refused on the basis that the centre is not recognised by an approved accrediting body, or if the student has received an incomplete refusal, or if you want to discuss the refusal.
If you are a Tier 4 sponsor and thinking of withdrawing, or are thinking of applying to become a sponsor contact Naadiya.
English UK has successfully made representations on behalf of members in the past and may be able to provide some assistance.
