Introducing English UK's updated logo
31 January 2019

After over ten years of use, to coincide with our office move and in advance of plans to update the English UK website, we are very pleased to share our refreshed English UK logo.

We feel this distinctive stamp of quality reflects who we are in UK ELT – a reliable and approachable industry that values excellence.

The refresh gives our traditional red and blue a cleaner, more modern expression, while framing the logo represents our membership community.

There are updated logos for English UK members, English UK's official subgroups, English UK partner agencies and corporate members.

Why the new look?

Over the past 14 years, English UK has grown and developed. Now with 470+ members and corporate members, 300+ partner agencies, the national showcase for UK education and industry leading data projects, we wanted to make sure the logo reflects our association.

The primary focus of the refresh was to communicate the high quality that students can expect at an English UK member centre and our modern, innovative ELT community.

Members and partners using English UK logos

If you are part of English UK's international family of member centres, official subgroups, partner agencies and corporate members, you are entitled to use a unique English UK logo.

New logos will be sent via email to the primary contact for each organisation so you can update your digital platforms and materials.

Can someone check my materials for me?

Yes. We encourage members to send new materials and digital use so we can help with positioning, colour and clearance.

The English UK member logo is a recognised symbol of quality; proper use helps us strengthen this. Send artwork to Helen, our communications manager, for review.

I've just printed my brochures, can I still use them?

Yes. While we encourage you to update your digital platforms and materials with your new English UK logo as soon as possible, we do not want to create waste or cause extra costs.

We expect a six month transition period in which we and our members update our materials.

We are here to help, so if you have any questions about using the new logo or would like us to review materials, please contact our communications manager on helen.kind@englishuk.com.
