The world of work is more intense than a decade ago, and changes in both society and technology have had great impact on how learning takes place.
Speaker, author and trainer Mike Hogan of York Associates will explore the key principles of service design thinking and consider how we can apply them to ELT at the Business and Specialist English Conference on Saturday 9 June in London.
He'll consider how we can design better courses and lessons with more relevance; better engagement; individualisation of learning processes with content that specifically focuses on current learning contexts; and ongoing changes in the learning environment.
Come along to hear Mike's plenary talk as well as a variety of other sessions on delivering business English training and English for special purposes.
The one-day event costs £80 for English UK member centres and will be held at International House London from 11:00 to 17:00. More speakers and programme details to be announced soon.
