English UK's high quality, excellent value qualifications for managers and student services staff are open for bookings.
The Welfare Officer's Certificate Course has changed name to the Certificate in Student Services Management (Cert SSM) – but rest assured that the content, trainers and delivery will still be to the standard which receives outstanding feedback year after year.
The Professional Services Team are also accepting bookings for the Diploma in English Language Teaching Management (DELTM). The DELTM is validated by Trinity College London.
To see further information, about both courses, which contain further details of the modules, trainers, dates and fees, please see the 'training section' of the English UK website.
English UK's Deputy Chief Executive (Professional Services) Huan Japes said "The Cert SSM is the only qualification of its kind to focus on learner welfare, accommodation, customer service and safeguarding. We are proud of the contribution this programme, with its highly regarded tutors, has made to the professionalism of our industry and the learner's enhanced experience of UK ELT.
"The DELTM is an invaluable qualification for those wishing to enhance their skills and knowledge in ELT management. It provides an ideal balance of theory and practice, and candidates will gain insight into areas such as academic management, customer service, finance and marketing, all of which are taught within the specific context of our industry."
You can secure your place for the Cert SSM at www.englishuktraining.com. If all the places are full please complete the form to be added to our reserve list. If places become available we will contact you.
For the DELTM, please visit the 'training section' of our website to complete an application form and submit it to Professional Services by Friday 13 July. We will select the best group and notify all applicants by July 27. If applicants appear equal, we will select on a first come, first served basis - so don't delay.
