This year's English UK ELT Marketing Conference took place on Friday 1 February and was our biggest to date. With a lively and engaging list of speakers, the conference had something for everyone - from a session on using social media effectively, to a panel discussion on marketing in Japan.

English UK has welcomed the creation of a new Government unit to promote UK education to an international market, but expressed fears that the initiative may not go far enough.

The English UK Marketing Conference will take place on Friday 1 February and is the ideal event for professionals involved in marketing ELT programmes to international students, allowing them to expand their expertise and knowledge in a number of key areas.

Following the success of the English UK Fair in Macau, we are pleased to announce that bookings are now open for the next English UK Fair focusing on the Asia Pacific region. The English UK Fair, Chiang Mai, will bring together accredited UK English Language centres and study abroad agents in a luxurious hotel in a tranquil garden setting, minutes from the bustling heart of this culturally-rich Northern Thai city.
