English UK welcomes the recommendation by a committee of MPs that the Government should exclude students from its net migration target, with the Home Affairs Committee saying that it is important that the UK does not fall behind its international competitors by becoming a less attractive option for international students.

With the Olympics now just weeks aways, the British Council have recently produced two new publications designed for visitors to the UK for the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games. These publications are being made available to all British Council accredited centres free of charge.
