After some 17 years in post, Patricia Mugglestone the English UK Student Complaints Ombudsman has decided to retire.  After consideration of all suitable candidates, at their meeting in early January, the Board unanimously decided to appoint Michael Wills as her successor.

The 2009 English UK AGM and associated members' conference will again take place at Thistle Westminster, London on 20th and 21st May 2009.

We are pleased to announce that 9 centres were formally accepted into English UK membership at the January Board meeting.
