    The UK government has introduced new legislation that makes it mandatory for all non-EU passport holders to have a certain level of English if they wish to come to the country to study the language.

    Al Jazeera recently ran this piece that features English UK Chief Executive Tony Millns, and discusses the English UK judicial review and revenue losses to the UK resulting from the change.
