Labour and Conservative members and MPs will get the chance to hear the viewpoint of the UK English language industry at fringe events at their party conferences this autumn.

"I think the best is to go and live with people in England and study. I was very lucky - I went to Oxford and stayed with fantastic people.  I made a lot of progress.

"I don't stop recommending English in the UK! Three of my friends did it - one went to Cardiff and another went to Oxford. Definitely I think this is the best way to learn."

Now in their sixteenth year, the ELTons Innovations Awards to recognise and promote innovation and excellence in ELT, are open to applications. Submit by Friday 3 November 2017.
