We are excited to relaunch our professional qualifications for ELT centre staff. The refreshed courses are more accessible, relevant, and flexible, to suit the staffing needs of our members in 2022.

The new online Certificate in ELT Student Experience Management (CELTSEM) covers all major aspects of the jobs done by non-teaching staff in language centres. It replaces the Certificate in Student Services Management (CertSSM).
