As lockdown restrictions are eased across the UK, owners and directors of ELT centres will be planning the date and nature of their re-opening for face-to-face teaching. This will not be the same for all.

As schools move online, they must continue to consider and adapt safeguarding around this form of delivery. This may be an additional challenge especially for schools who have not had an online presence previously.  Ensuring your safeguarding procedures are comprehensive are as vital now as they ever have been.

Be honest and transparent, remember the details, collaborate and keep communicating.

A few insights from last week's Members' Conference, which attracted almost 500 registrations for two plenaries and 16 breakout sessions on marketing, finance, safeguarding, teaching online and more.
